Talod Potato Dumplings Step by step

Boil and smash potatoes

Add crushed cashews and raisins, coriander, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, dry mango powder, sugar, salt.

Mix all these and make equal balls out of it.

Take Talod Idli mix and prepare the batter as per the packet instructions.

Once the batter is ready, dip the balls into the idli batter and fry in oil. Repeat with all the balls.
