1 Capsicum chopped
4 Green Chilies chopped
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Lemon Juice

1/4 cup Coriander Leaves chopped
For Gram Batter
3 cup Besan / Gram flour
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Baking Soda
water as par requirement
3 cup vegetable oil for deep fry

Stuffed Bread Pakora Step by step

In a bowl take boiled potatoes, chopped onion, capsicum, green chilies, salt, turmeric and mix it.

Add lemon juice, coriander leaves, garam masala. Mix it well.

For a batter, take a bowl add gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, baking soda, and water. Make a smooth thick batter.

Take 2 bread slices, on the one slice spread tomato ketchup.

On the other bread slice spread prepared potato stuffing.

Cover the potato bread slice with another ketchup bread slice. Cut the bread into triangles.

Dip the bread in gram flour batter.
