1 cup Green Peas boiled
1 cup spinach boiled and squized
1 cup Carrot grated and boiled
1 cup Paneer mashed
1 cup Flattened Rice (poha) washed
2 Potatoes big size, peeled and mashed
2 Egg plain without salt
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1/2 cup ginger fresh ginger juice
1/2 cup mint leaves chopped
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Black pepper powder
1 tbsp nutmeg powder
1 tbsp Cinnamon powder
1 tbsp Cloves powder
1 tbsp Cardamom powder
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds lightly fried
1 tbsp Coriander seed crushed
1/2 cup Ghee / Saturated Butter
Food oil for frying
9 tbsp Corn flour

Spinach and Omelet’s Shami Kebabs Step by step

Except potatoes, keep all things in a bowl and mix very well.

In a bowl add mashed or grated potatoes and blended mix. Add spices and mix all for 8-9 minutes with rubbing well type hands. Make small kebabs and keep it a plate.

Now heat oil in deep pan.

Start dipping kebabs into corn flour water mix and frying (one kebab at a time) into heated oil.

You can lightly fry or fry until golden brown for more crisp texture.
