Take boiled pumpkin and mashed well. Add ghee into pan, add mashed pumpkin and saute for 6-7- minutes on medium flame.

Add roasted semolina, milk powder and cook all the things till becomes lumpy. add pinch of cardamom powder and let it cool.

For ginger ball, take ghee into pan put it on a medium flame. Add ginger and saute for 3 minutes. Add elaichi powder, dry fruit powder, and few drops of lemon juice into pan. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes and let it cool.

Now, make a tikki of pumpkin mixture, stuff with ginger mixture and make a balls. Your dessert is ready to serve!
