Sheer Khurma ( Vermicelli Pudding ) Step by step

Heat the butter in a deep pan, add the dry fruits and cook till it turns golden brown.

Take another pan, add sugar and milk. Cook it.

Add roasted dry fruits (thinly-sliced) into milk and mix well. Allow it to simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add the chopped dates cardamom powder and simmer for some time.

If the sheer korma is too thick, add a little hot water. And if you want to make it thick, add condensed milk.
Serve hot or cold garnished with cardamom powder.
