Shahi Paneer Samosa Step by step

Heat ghee in pan and add crushed paneer in pan, and sout for 2 minute.

After that cool the paneer and add crushed dry fruit and powder sugar. Mix it well.

mix ghee in maida add curd, mix it well and make a dough leave a dough for 10 min.

Make sugar syrup.

After 10 min, divide dough into 6 equal part and roll each part with rolling pile. Cut into 2 part and make samosa by filling with paneer mixture in it and close the open end of samosa.

Heat ghee in a pan and deep fry the samosa till it becomes golden.

After frying deep the samosa in a sugar syrup for 2 minutes. Garnish it with dry fruit and silver foil.
