Sabudana Khichdi (Tapioca Pearls Pilaf) Step by step

Wash and soak sabudana for 2 hours.

Heat ghee in a pan, add curry leaves, cumin seeds, and chopped green chilies When cumin seeds change its color add the potato cubes. Add turmeric powder.

Saute for a minute till the potatoes are done.

Add roasted peanut powder, salt, and sabudana.

Saute for a minute, stirring well. Overcooking can make them sticky.
