Roasted Potatoes Step by step

Boil potatoes in the pressure cooker for 1 whistle Remove potatoes from water and let them rest on a plate.

Peel the skin of potatoes and cut into medium size chunks.In a non-stick pan, add oil and wait till it is very hot.

Repeat with other potato pieces and fry.Now in the non-stick pan, add a little oil and do the seasoning. Add our golden colored potato chunks.
