Rava Dosa Step by step

Mix all ingredients with double the quantity of water except oil and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan on high flame. Add few drops of oil and pour a ladle full of butter from borders of the pan towards inside of the pan.

We can see a netted pattern. Let it roast for few min and add little oil at the borders and inside.

Roast for few seconds and serve hot with coconut chutney or ginger pickle or mint chutney.
