Quick Papad Sabji with Tomatoes Step by step

First take a pan & add some Food oil (3 tbsp) amp; wait for 1-2 mins to heat the oil. After that add cumin powder & Black pepper. After few seconds add Garlic paste & mix it all with spoon.

Once mixture is ready now add 1 glass water. Now you can add other spices. So add chilly powder, Tumeric powder, cumin powder, salt (as per taste).

Once water starts boiling add small chopped pieces of tomatoes. Now let it cook for 2-3 minutes & wait till tomatoe pieces become slightly soft & properly cooked.

At last add small pieces of Adad papad & mix it properly with spoon. Now let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

Serve it with roti or paratha. Not necessory but if you like to do garnishing than use coriander leaves. That will add more flavour to the dish.
