1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1/2 tsp Coriander seed
2 tsp Mustard Oil
1 Onions grated
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tomatoes chopped
1/2 cup Yogurt
2 Cloves
1/2 Bay Leaf
Salt to taste
water as required
1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Quick Indian Fish Curry Step by step

Clean fish and cut into thick pieces. Sprinkle some lemon juice then gently rub the turmeric powder, salt into the fish and keep aside.

Grind together red chilly powder, black pepper, mustard seed, cumin and coriander seeds into a paste.

Heat Mustard Oil in pan, fry fish till golden brown and then keep aside.

Pour some oil add mustard seed, bay leaf, clove, onion & fry till golden brown. Then add ginger-garlic paste till light brown.

After that add above condiments paste & fry for few minutes.

Into above mixture add tomatoes, yogurt & salt cook till tomatoes are pulpy.

Then add fry fish and water as per requirement. Cook until little soft. Then remove from heat and serve hot with rice
