Quick and Easy Almond Cake Step by step
First sieve wheat flour and baking powder. In a large bowl add sugar, butter and blend it with a hand mixer or blender till it becomes fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time and blend until frothy.Add powdered almonds and almond essence into a bowl and mix well. Add all purpose flour and mix gently with a spoon.
Preheat the oven to 180C for 10 min, Grease the square shaped tin with butter and then coat with flour then transfer the mixture into the greased baking tray and decorate with sliced almonds, tutti fruity and choco chips and place it in the oven for 20 minutes.
Check with a knife or toothpick to see if a cake is baked well, cool the cake and serve it.
