Peanut Butter Dosa Step by step

Soak black gram (urad dal) and raw rice for 6 hours and then wash them 3 times, grind it to a smooth paste and leave it to ferment for 6 hours.( overnight fermentation will be great). Add salt just before preparing dosa. Heat a non-stick pan, now take a ladle full of batter and spread it around.

Flip it to the other side when it gets a golden color and flips it again. Now spread peanut butter.

Now sprinkle fruits and dry fruits of your choice.

Fold half way and then 2 more folds to make it look like a cone.

Add more fruits and serve hot.
