Paneer (Cottage Cheese) Sandwich Step by step

Heat oil in a kadai and add onion and saute till they turn pink.

Add ginger, garlic paste to it.

Add pepper and chilli powder and saute for 2 minutes. Add salt and cook for 2 minutes

Add paneer and grated cheese and stir. Remove from flame and let it cool.

Take a buttered slice of bread , spread the prepared paneer stuffing and place another slice of bread on top.

Press well and cut into four square pieces with sharp knife.
