Orange Chicken Step by step

In a mixing bowl, add boneless chicken, salt and mix well. Keep it for 10 minutes.

Beat eggs till fluffy. Heat oil in a pan.

Dip chicken pieces in beaten egg and then coat it in cornflour.

Deep fry the chicken till golden yellow.

In a bowl, add orange juice, sugar, soy sauce and cornflour and make the slurry.

In another pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil. Add chopped garlic and ginger and saute for few seconds.

Add fried chicken pieces. Mix well. Lastly add orange rind zest.

Cook on a medium flame till the gravy thickens and chicken pieces are well coated with orange
sauce. Garnish with chopped spring onion, roasted sesame seed, and orange slices.
