1.5 cup Dark Chocolate melted
4 pcs Silver foil / vark
Saffron Sandesh Crumble
1 ltr milk
7 pcs Safforn
2 tps Lemon Juice
3 tbs Sugar powder
Coffee cream
1 tbsp Coffee cream
1 cup Cream (malai)
Berry Saffron and chilly powder cream
1.5 tbsp mix berry crush
1 cup Cream (malai)
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
8 strands Saffron strands soaked in water

Boil water in pan, add butter, sugar, cinnamon powder, salt to it, stir it for 2-3 minutes, turn off the flames, add purpose flour to it. and mix it well to form a dough for churro, take a piping bag with star nozzle and fill it with dough, make chakris from churro dough on butter paper. deep fry the churro chakris and roll them in cinnamon powder with icing sugar mixture.

Mix carrots and milk in a pan, on low flame, bring to a boil now add condensed milk, stirring it till dries up everything. Add ghee and cool it.

Prepare kababs/tikkis from gajar ka halwa,dip it in to melted dark chocolate, refrigerate them. garnish them with silver foil.

Boil the milk and turn off the flame, and curdle the milk with lemon juice, and stain it on muslin cheese cloth, prepare chenna,Soften the chenna with palm till becomes the smooth,add sugar, saffron strands, and mix it well till it gets light saffron colour, heat the pan and cook the sandesh on low medium flame and prepare the crumble out of it.
