Mix Vegetable Pakora (Fried Fritters) Step by step

In a bowl take finely chopped cabbage, coriander leaves, cauliflower, green chillies, and boiled grated potato.

Now mix all the ingredients well, add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, baking powder and gram flour.

Add some water and make into a thick batter kind of consistency.

Now take a spoon and drop the pakoras into the hot oil, fry it till they become golden and crispy.

Fry it in batches, transfer the fried pakoras on a tissue paper.
