Creamy Grilled Prawns (Malai Chingri Kebab) Step by step
In a grinder add prawns, ginger garlic paste, corn, onion, salt, coriander leaves, lemon juice and crushed well into a coarse paste.
Now remove above mix in a bowl and add remaining things except cream and breadcrumbs. Mix well, give rest for 3 minutes.
Now mix cream and breadcrumbs, mix well sprinkle some red chili flakes, coriander leaves placed on barbeque skewers.
Gently turn and cook for 5-7minutes in between do basting with butter.Do not cook for more minutes as prawns are very gentle and cook rapidly.Once done remove from skewers and serve with mint chutney and sliced onion rings.Sprinkle chaat Masala and enjoy.
