Leftover Rice Uttapam Step by step

Blend the cooked rice in a mixer.

Take the grinded rice in a bowl.

Add chopped onion, tomato, gram flour, rava , green chilli, carrot, beetroot and wheat flour.

Now add sugar and salt.

Take a flat pan, add few drop of oil and pour about 1 cup of batter on to it.

It will spread a little. When the edges start browning a bit, pour a trail of oil around it.

Flip it gently and cook another side for a minute or until the bottom surface looks cooked.

Serve it hot with chutney, sauce or sambar.
