500 g Fish any of your choice
1 small Onions chopped
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
2 tbsp vegetable oil
5 Curry Leaves
3 Kokum soak it in salted warm water before 10 minutes
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 cup coconut milk
2 Green Chillies chopped

Kerala Fish Curry Step by step

Heat oil in a deep pan, add mustard seed, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, green chilli and stir it well.

Once the onion becomes soft, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and saute it on low flame.

Now add coconut milk, salt and bring it to boil.

Now add cleaned fish pieces and soak kokum water.

Cook it for 20 minutes till fish gets cooked.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it with rice or roti.
