Instant Poha Idli Step by step

Grind the poha and soak the powdered poha in buttermilk fo 3-4 minutes.

Now add idli rava mix, baking soda, salt and required water. (the consistency of better is little thicker than milkshake)

Mix it well until Batter will become frothy.

Heat water in an idli steamer. Grease the idli moulds with oil.

Now pour the batter into the moulds.

Steam it for 10-12 minutes on medium flame. Remove the idli stand from the steamer.

Steamed idlis are ready.Let it cool and serve the idle on a plate.

Serve it with sambar, chutney, or coconut chutney.
