For Sugar Syrub
For sugar syrup - put sugar in a pan, drop water till sugar deeper and cook on a gas stove. Make 1 thread syrup.
Mash mawa with palm for 5 mins. Mix purpose flour, sooji and cardamoms powder in mashed mawa. Mix well, mash it again for 2 mins. After mashed, cut into small pieces.
Mix Orange color into 2 balls from the mixture, mix well. Make small pieces of it, take a big piece of a mixture on a palm, press light with both palms. Put a small piece of a colored mixture in the center of the big piece. Cover small part with big part, make round shape of it.
Heat ghee in a pan, fry all balls in 5-6 quantities at a time. Fried dark brown color of all. Drop fried gulab jamun in sugar syrup, one by one. Deep it for 15 mins.
