1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
to taste Salt
2 tbsp Ghee / Saturated Butter
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
a pinch Asafoetida / Hing
2 Red Chillies
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped
1/2 cup boondi
1 tsp Garam Masala

Instant dahi papad sabzi Step by step

In a large bowl, combine the curd, besan, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt. Add a cup of water and blend it strain and set aside.

Heat butter in a pan .add cumin seeds when it crackle add coriander powder and saute for one minute.

Add hing and dry red chilli. Saute for half a minute. Add the curd mixture. Add salt. Stir continuously till it comes to a boil. Reduce the heat let it cool for a minute

Heat a tawa roast the papad .break roughly and add papad and boondi into curd mixture.

Boil for two minutes

Garnish with chopped fresh coriander and garam masala powder.serve hot with chapati or rice.
