Indian cake with Apple Chutney Step by step

Peel off the apples and cut it into pieces.

Pour little oil in a pan and add sugar and half cinnamon stick.

Add red chili powder and cinnamon powder and stir well. Add vinegar and cook apple pieces till it becomes juicy.

Take one cup of gram flour. Add 2 cups of yogurt and stir well.

Add carom seeds, hing, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt.

Heat a little oil in pan. Add mustard seeds till fry. Add cumin seeds, dry methi, hing, curry leaves, dry red chili, ginger, garlic, green chili, onion and stir well.

In this add the above prepared batter. Stir well and pour into reduce and thicken mixture. Let it set for 5 minutes.

Now cut the kadhi cake put it in a pan with little oil and roll it in soji powder. Allow the cake to become crispy.
