Homemade Navratna Halwa Step by step
First of all heat the ghee in a cauldron, add bottle gourd, carrot, fresh crushed coconut and sauté for 5 minutes, add 3 cups milk and let it cook. As the milk gets burned, add crushed apple and 2 cups milk and let it cook.
After the milk gets burned, add sugar and cream and shake it. When sugar water gets burned add saffron weted in milk, cardamom powder, slice of almond-pistachios, crush of cashew-walnut and shake it well.
Shake it till the halva starts separated from the vessel.
