400 gm Seer fish
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
For marinating
200 gm Yogurt
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Tandoori masala powder
1/2 tsp Ajwain
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Besan / Gram flour Roasted in 2 tsp butter
2 tsp Amul Butter

Grilled Seer Fish Step by step

Clean the Seer Fish. Make 3 inch long cuts/slits with a sharp knife on both sides of the fish at one-inch distance.

Rub with lime juice, salt and ginger & garlic paste.

For marinating - mix all the ingredients to a smooth paste

Evenly apply the paste to the fish on all sides.

Marinade for 20 minutes and cook it on griller /oven /barbeque at 180degree C, for 10 mins. While cooking, apply butter for basting.

Remove and serve hot with a lemon wedge.
