Green Fenugreek Leaves Rice with Indian Spices Step by step

Take oil in a pan, once hot add cumin seeds, bay leaves, black pepper, saute well till nice aroma starts coming.

Now add chopped onions, saute it till pink and transparent.

Add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chili and mix it well. Cook for 2 minutes.

Now add the finely chopped fenugreek leaves and let it cook for 2 minutes.

Add pre-soaked rice and 2 cup water, mix it well.

Let it whistle twice, switch off the gas burner and let it stand for 10-15 minutes till all pressure is released.
