  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder or turmeric root
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Honey

  • Bringing water to a boil first.
