1 cup Cream (malai)
1 cup milk
50 gm Jaggery
2 tsp Muskmelon seeds
2 tsp coconut Dry coconut chips
2 tsp Almond Almond chips
2 tsp Cashews Chopped
2 tsp Raisins
2 tsp poppy seeds White
1/2 tsp Ginger powder
peepramul
3 tsp Cashews powder

Fresh Turmeric Halva Step by step

Take one spoon of clarified butter and saute ginger paste.

Add Grated turmeric into it saute for 2.5 to 3 mins.

Add milk and cream into it.

Let it simmer and stir occasionally till the mixture starts releasing the fat.

Take another pan and add 2 tbsp Clarified butter and jaggery into it.

Cook it till bubbly.

Add this mixture into the turmeric mixture.

Then add all the dry fruits, poppy seeds, pipramul into it and mix well.
