Fresh Fruit Kulfi Step by step

Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan.

Add sugar, dry nuts powder, pineapple essence, cardemom powder, Saffron and cook it until thickens.

Remove from heat, slice your apples, grapes pomegranate seeds and add these into mud tumblers or kulfi moulds.

Pour in our cooled milk till the top of kulfi moulds.

Freeze it, Enjoy your chilled fruit kulfi.
