Egg Curry Step by step

Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds let it crackle add hing now add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes ,now add fennel seeds, chopped ginger garlic and saute for a while.

Add chopped green chilli add a cup of water and black pepper. Add salt & mix well and bring it to boil. Now add a spoon of cream to it.

Add boiled eggs and mix gently.

Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot with chapatis or steamed rice.
