Easy Kashmiri Pulao Step by step

In a vessel boil rice along with oil and 1 bay leaf. Cook and strain and let the rice cool.

Now take another pan add whole garam masala let it crackle

Now add chopped dry fruits and saute for half a minute and add chopped apple and give a little toss.

Now add boiled rice ,sugar ,cherries saffron and Elaichi Powder. Toss well and let it cook for another 2 minutes .

Serve hot and garnish with almond flakes and mint springs
