Crispy Fish Fingers Step by step

Cut the fish into long 1 inch wide strips.

Marinate the fish fingers in lemon juice, soya sauce, Salt, Pepper, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste and keep aside for hours.

Take breadcrumbs, lemon zest and red chilli powder in one shallow plate and keep aside.

Take the marinated fish strip and dip it in lightly beaten eggs and roll it in breadcrumbs.

For deep fry

Heat oil in deep pan and fry the prepared fish into it till golden brown. Remove fish strips in a paper.

For baking

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Brush some oil on baking sheet and place the fish on baking sheet, cook it until golden brown.

Serve it with a sauce of your choice.
