Creamy Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
- 300 g mushrooms
- 1 Onions chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 4 tsp Ghee / Saturated Butter
- 100 g Whole Wheat Flour
- 300 g Vegetable stock
- Salt to taste
- 150 ml Cooking cream
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the mushrooms into slices. Melt butter in pan. Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until onions are soft.
- Blend in flour and stir. Add the vegetable stock and heat until slightly thickened.
- Add and stir cream with additional flour and seasonings. Heat to thicken while stirring frequently.
- Serve hot.
