Chocolate Orange Mousse Step by step
First micro the cream for a minute then add the dark chocolate mix it gently, Cool the mixture at room temperature, then add caramel syrup in the chocolate cream mixture, mix it well.
Add whipped cream to the chocolate mixture, use cut and fold method to mix it, fill this mixture in piping bag, keep in the fridge for 7-8 minutes.
Take orange sponge cake and cut the round let of orange sponge with a cookie cutter, take orange zest mix it with orange squash.
Take small glass first pipe chocolate mousse at the bottom of the glass, put the orange sponge over it and sock with zesty orange squash repeat the step for 3 times garnish with some orange segments and almond.
