Chicken Pineapple Curry Step by step

Wash chicken with cold water, drain water and keep the chicken in a container.

Make a paste of ginger, garlic, onion and green chili. Add mustard oil, salt and turmeric powder in the chicken.

Mix it well and keep it aside.

Heat oil adds sliced onions and fry it for 2 minutes. Then add green chili, turmeric powder, garam masala and red Chili powder.

Cook the onion with the masala for 2-3 minutes till it turns light brown in color.Now, add the pineapple juice, marinated chicken, salt and mix it well.

Cover the kadai with the lid and allow it to cook on low heat for some time to release the water.

Let the chicken fry till the water dries up.Add water and let it cook for 20 minutes.
