Chana Masala Step by step

Rinse chana in water and soak for overnight. Cook them for one whistle with a pinch of soda

Add oil to the pan, add clove, bay leaf, and cinnamon. when they begin to crackle, add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes off.

Add onion, tomatoes, salt, and turmeric.cook till mixture become soft
6. Add the masala powder, red chili powder, and amchur powder. stir and fry till masala flavors comes out

Add chana and water for gravy. mix everything till gravy thicken and serve hot.
