Broccoli Oats Cutlet (Oats Tikki) Step by step

Take half cup oats into pan, and roast it for few minutes. Once it has been roasted well, let it cool.

Heat the pan on medium-high heat until the oil is shimmering, add Add onion, capsicum, sweet potato, fresh broccoli into pan and stir for few minutes.

Add Green chilli powder, chat masala, salt, garam masala and keep stirring until golden brown.

Add Roasted Oats and wheat flour into fried vegetable mixture and then shape into small or medium sized balls first and then flatten them to make tikki / pattice.

Heat the pan and roast these Tikkis with a little oil and Serve it.
