1 pcs Beetroot Boiled or rosted at 250 degree for 90 to 120 minutes
50 gm Tahini Sesame seeds paste
1 inch Carrot
1 pcs Green Chillies
3-4 clove Garlic
1 inch ginger
70 ml Olive Oil
2 tbs Vinegar
Salt As per taste
Dressing
2 tbs Cream (malai) Amul
2 tbs water
10 gm Amul Butter
10 gm Fenugreek
Salt As per taste

Beet root hummus with pita chips Step by step

Take a mixer pour all the ingredients and blend it to thin paste if your paste is too thick add olive oil to make a runny paste adjust salt as per taste.

For Pita Chips : Make small triangle from Pita Bread spread it on baking tray drizzle olive oil baked it at 160 degree for 8 to 10 minutes, take it out let it cool.

Take a small pen pour amul cream add butter, dry roasted kasuri Methi, water keeping stirring and boiled it. Your sauce is ready.

For serving : Take a pasta bowl, pour beet root humus in middle on side serve pita chips , sprinkle Cajun spice and drizzle white sauce and served it.
