Atte Ka Halwa is one of the most popular prasads. I personally like the no frill version, no nuts nothing just hot atte ka halwa. It tastes even better during winter evenings. And because it needs to prep time, you can cook it up whenever those hunger pangs strike or you’re in the mood to have something sweet but don’t have much time on hand.

Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan.

Add the whole wheat flour and saute till fragrant. The entire cooking will be done on low heat for this dessert.
