Apple Rabdi Step by step

Boil milk for 20 minutes in very slow flame. Add sugar, elachi powder.

Keep moving the cream to side of the pan.

Keep stirring till a thick consistency is reached.

In a separate pan, add 1 spoon of ghee and fry grated apples. Fry for 5 mins.

Now add this grated apple into rabadi and stir for 2 minutes.

Switch off the stove, transfer into a bowl and chill it.

Just before serving, decorate with sliced apples and garnish with dry fruits.
