Aloo Phalli Ki Sadi (Crispy Potato and Peanut Fritters) Step by step

Peel the local potatoes length wise (finger shaped) and soak it in cold water.

Take a clean mixing bowl, add peanut, gram flour, rice, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt followed by water to make a smooth batter.

Now, pat dry the potato fingers in damp cloth and mix it to the batter.

Heat oil in a kadhai and crispy fry it till golden brown.

Garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds.
