Achari Cheese Balls Step by step

Take a bowl, add mashed potatoes, corn, mozzarella cheese, processed cheese, coriander leaves, salt, black pepper and most important achar masala. Mix it well.

Now make a golf ball size balls and dip it in cornflour slurry. Note: For cornflour slurry take 2 part of cold water and 1 part of cornflour/cornstarch, mix it.

Now roll it in breadcrumbs and keep aside.

In a pan, heat oil and deep fry the balls. Fry it until crispy and golden brown.
